Room hire
Our rooms are available to hire by the hour, day or day & evening. Daily rates include access to our fully equipped kitchen.
We have parking for approx 20 cars, full disabled access and stunning views.
Other facilities, such as the use of a digital projector & screen, photocopying, refreshments, flip charts can be provided at a small charge.

Room 1
Our newly refurbished room of approx 40sqm (400 sqft) can be configured for teaching, meetings, etc.
Stunning views overlooking the Solway to Scotland.
Commercial Rate: £14/hr £110/day (9-5)

Room 2
Our newly refurbished room of approx 30sqm (300 sqft) can be configured for teaching, meetings, etc.
Big bay window overlooking the Garden.

Room 1&2
Rooms 1 & 2 are divided by a folding, sound-proofed, partition. When folded there is a large space of approx 70 sqm (700 sqft).
With windows at both ends to catch the morning and afternoon sun, this is a lovely space for your event; be it a talk; an exhibition or a party/celebration.
Commercial Rate: £22/hr £170/day (9-5)
Charity/Community Rate: £20/hr £153/day
Room 3
This is a carpeted room, 33 sqm (330 sqft), equipped with a digital projector and smart board, the use of which are included in the rate.
Laptops can be provided at an extra cost. It can be configured in teaching mode, when it can accommodate 16 participants. It can easily be converted to a boardroom-style layout.
